October 17, 2023
Hundreds of people who took refuge in the parking lot of the Al-Ahli hospital were killed in an Israeli attack, according to Palestinian health officials. In the days before the incident, the director of the hospital received warnings from Israel. Israel attributed the explosion in the installation to a false rocket launched by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, an accusation denied by the armed group.
