President Donald Trump said Friday that the United States “will only take a pass” in the peace efforts for Ukraine if Russian President Vladimir Putin refuses to accept the terms of Alto El Fuego.

Rubio tells us ready to ‘move forward’ in a matter of days if no progress is made in the Russia-Ukraine peace agreement
