The United States District Judge, William Fitzpatrick, agreed to delay the motion of the Department of Justice to dismiss his case against Henrry Josue Villatoror Accused of being a main leader or The MS-13 gang in the United States
The ruling, transmitted on Friday, addresses the government that keeps Villatororo Santos in the custody of the US sheriff service, and does not transfer to DHS officials until the appeal is resolved.
Villatoro Santos was arrested less than a month in Woodbridge, Virginia, and was accused of being an illegal foreigner in possession of a firearm.
His high profile judgment was supervised by the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondi, and the director of the FBI, Kash Patel, of a nearby tactical center.

At that time, Bondi promoted his capture and referred to him as the “main leader of MS-13” on the east coast.
Shortly after, however, the Department of Justice abruptly presented a motion to dismiss its case against Villatoro Santos, which caused speculation about what would happen to him next.
His lawyer said that the duration is a April 15 hearing that the Government had not clarified the next steps for its client, and suggested that the Trump administration could move to suffer summarily without due process.

Villatoro Santos’s lawyer, Muhammad Elsayed, affirmed the duration of the April 15 hearing that the decision to dismiss the case came from “Altibajos” in the Trump administration, and argued that if it was written, it would probably be of American magazine or immigrants.
“They have already determined the result, which will go to the sausage prison in the western hemisphere,” Elsayed said earlier this week.
At the hearing, his lawyers also invoked the case of Kilmar Abrego García, who was deported last month to El Salvador for being an alleged member of MS-13.

The updates follow a ruling from the 5–4 Supreme Court that lifted the resting order order of a lower court, allowing the Trump administration to temporarily resume the Alien Enemies Law, although with new protections of due process for migrants.
The Superior Court said that deportation scheduled should the opportunity to challenge their elimination, with enough time to do so in a court in the United States.
