The American senator Chris Van Hollen flew to El Salvador to try to release Kilmar Abrego García, who was erroneously deported by the Trump administration. Maryland’s Democrat said Trump’s officials were “lying” about MS-13 ties and that El Salvador vice president told him that they were holding Abrego García at the request of the administration.
