The two American university students arrested in Denmark after an alleged dispute with an Uber driver face another obstacle abroad while trying home to the United States.

The two friends were enjoying a spring vacation trip when they called an Uber on March 31, according to Ray’s family. When the driver arrived, Ray realized that he had entered the incorrect destination direction and, according to the reports, asked to take him to a different hotel.
The driver refused to take Ray and his friend to the new location and the couple left the vehicle while canceling the trip, causing a cancellation rate, according to a family spokesman.
The couple began walking to the hotel while calling an Uber replacement. Minutes later, the original driver began after Ray and his friend, threatening to call the police and stating that he had not recovered the payment, a family spokesman told Fox News Digital.

“We were both surprised by the fact that we were being arrested by this incident,” Ray said. “We hadn’t done anything wrong.”
