A Venezuelan man in the United States was illegally approached in a New Hampshire court by federal agents earlier this year after he fled his attempt to stop him in silence in an elevator.
Arnuel Márquez Colmenarz, 33, was in custody while heading to an accusation in court for charges for drunk driving, driving without a license and not providing information to an accident, according to the Associated Police Department through the Nashua Police Department.
The February 20 videos that was released by the Nashua Circuit Court on Monday showed Colmenarez crossing security in court and entering an elevator with federal agents and some other people.
When others left the elevator, you can see an agent touching Colmenárez slightly on the shoulder and then talking to him. The video does not include audio, but Colmenarez can be seen leaving the elevator after a few seconds.

Two agents expelled him from the elevator and threw him to the ground a few meters away, knocking down an older man who walked with a cane in the process.
The Court Link Officer for the Hudson Police Department, Jared Neff, said he was in the prosecutor when he heard something happened near the elevators and decided to review it.
“There were voices shouting” stop! “And then a strong ‘blow’ that people had fallen on the field and were fighting and fighting actively,” he wrote in an incident report, according to the AP.
Neff helped agents restrict Colmenárez, who could be seen in the resistance attempts of the video of being handcuffed.

The older man who was shot down was lying on the back, and touched a minute more or less for him to receive help, the video showed. It is not clear if I was injured.
The agents supposedly told Neff that they had ordered the legs to stop illegal immigrants, and that they had tried to do so silently in the elevator.

An starter order for Colmenarez was issued since it did not appear for the reading of charges and the prosecutor on the case was not contacted by federal agents in advance or was aware of his judgment, Chorning to the AP.
Colmenarez is detained in an ICE installation in Texas until Monday, the AP reported after seeing an online database.

His trial in court occurs after President Donald Trump repealed a 2011 policy that made federal agents generally avoid making a trial in court, schools, places of worship and hospitals.
The current policy allows immigration judgments “in or near the courts when they have credible information that leads them to believe that objective foreigners are or will be present”, provided that state and local law does not prohibit it.
