Video shows ICE agent smash window to detain man in Massachusetts. Attorney says they have wrong person.

“They said they are looking for a certain individual, with a different name,” said immigration lawyer Ondine Galvez Sniffin. “I said that is not my client … I know the story of my client, that is not him.”

Francisco-Méndez’s wife, Marilu Domingo Ortiz, and the 9-year-old son are protected under asylum status after persecution in his country of origin in Guatemala.

Domingo Ortiz said it was scary to see the ice agents crush her husband’s window and forcible will grab her in front of her. “At that time I was very surprised, I knew what to do, what to think. She was there, just terrified,” said Domingo Ortiz, through a translator.
