A shared travel driver in the state of Washington is behind bars after accusations that he assaulted sexual to a 16 -year -old passenger door in February.
The Bellevue Police Department said Martin Njoki, 43, was accused of illegal imprisonment and freedoms of bleeding on April 14 after a teenager in the early hours of the morning of February 17.
The adolescent’s boyfriend requested a trip through Lyft so that she returned home after she slipped to visit him at her home in Seatac, which is about 20 miles from Bellevue, according to the police documents obtained by the Idaho statesman.
The former Ridebreare driver from California hit the rider after thinking that the man was Jewish or Israeli, says the Department of Justice.

When Njoki arrived to pick her up, he tried to sit in the front passenger seat, but there were articles on the road, so he went to sit in the back. He allegedly moved the articles and told him to sit on the front.
The girl told police that she and Njoki spoke during almost the entire trip, but the conversation changed when they approached her house. Njoki supposedly told him that he liked it and asked if “he would kiss and tell” and then asked if he could kiss her.
Police said she told him that she had a boyfriend, who she allegedly said “but you don’t kiss and say,” said the statesman. He is then accused of forcing her to play her crotch already groped when she tried to leave.
The teenager was able to escape from the car and called her boyfriend, who reported the assault on the police at 4:39 am, the department said.

Njoki’s account with Lyft was suspended “due to accusations related to touching a passenger sexual without consent,” said the statesman. The judicial documents obtained by the departure said that he sent an email to Lyft and tolerated that he did not touch the teenager, but she had “bothered with me because I left them in advance.”
Fox News Digital has communicated with Lyft for a statement.
Bellevue’s police have asked any other victim to be presented, and added that he promoted a Mitsubishi with the registration number CBM2456.
“The incidents of sexual aggression while using shared travel services are rare, but crime occurs, even in cities like Bellevue,” the department said on social networks.

King County prison records show that Njoki remains custody with a bond established at $ 150,000.
He is in the United States with a work visa and has a pregnant wife and five children in Kenya, according to the statesman.
