Labor Force, Non -Discrimination and Other Final Rules with Impacts for RHCS

During the last weeks, the HHS Civil Rights Office (OCR), the Medicare and Medicaid Services Centers (CMS), the Department of Labor and the Federal Commerce Commission (FTC) published mass final rules that cover overtime and choice to the chosen transparency.
