A previously deported Mexican man who lives illegally in the United States was arrested after “very mistreated sex” to a teenager while playing hidden in Florida, authorities said Thursday.
Samuel Cobos-Carmona, 20, is aggression or violently sexual to a 13-year-old boy in the forest behind a family member’s house, said the Sheriff of Charlotte County, Bill Prummell, in a video message.
The incident occurred on April 13 when Cobos-Carmona became friends with the victim and an 8-year-old boy.

“While I was in the forest with these two, he is sexual sexual to the teenager, both orally and annually,” said Prummell.
Cobos-Carmona was later arrested by the agents on Monday and admitted in the crime, said Prummell. He is accused of the lascivious battery of a victim or from 12 to 16 years old, according to the prison records.
First he entered the United States illegally in 2021, but it was Caht and was deported to Mexico. He returned illegally in 2022 and arrived in Florida after fleeing from the Texas authorities, said the Sheriff.
He was later found in Sarasota in July 2024, but was released under the capture and liberation policies of the Biden administration, Sheriff’s maid.
“The people of the question why Myelf and my companions sheriffs in the state of Florida work with our federal partners to round out people like this to get them out of here,” said Prummell. “That’s why”.

Prummell also criticized cities and states with sanctuary policies that limit cooperation between the application of local law and federal immigration authorities.
“They should be ashamed of things,” he said, accusing those jurisdictions of putting the safety of illegal criminal immigrants about American citizens and children.

The Sheriff’s office said he will work with local and federal prosecutors to make sure that Cobos-Carmona is imprisoned and, if he is ever released, deported.
