The presenter of MSNBC and former Press Secretary of the White House, Jen Psaki, insisted on a new interview that never saw signs that former President Joe Biden had rejected while working for him.
“I never saw that person, not once, and I was in the Oval office every day, that was at that stage of debate,” Psaki said in the “Signals Mixed” podcast about Biden’s performance, the presidential of June 2024, an Arbing alarm. He left the following month and supported Vice President Kamala Harris to replace him as the Democratic candidate.
“I am not a doctor. Aging occurs quite quickly,” Psaki added on the Semafor podcast that was published on Friday.
The former Biden assistant, who left the White House in May 2022, said he had seen him in person in the two and a half years after the November elections.

But he warned that people use the term “cover -up” to describe how the White House answered the questions about the president of the president that time.
The “cover -up” is a very loaded term, “Psaki said, added that people generally use that expression when they talk about a crime.
“People use that term related to Watergate. Or the coverage of not sharing public information about a war,” he continued. “I think it’s a little dangerous term.”
Psaki also doubted to criticize the media when asked if the press should “more aggressive” by covering the “quite great history” about the president’s health.

“Maybe the media lost a lot,” he said, while arguing that he was more critical to criticize the cover of the press in retrospect. “There were important stories and lost moments.”
Axios reporter Alex Thompson used a speech at the White House correspondent dinner on Saturday to say that the media gathered “should have done it better” by covering the Decline of Biden.
Psaki suggested a reason why you can have a reluctance to inform about these groups.
“While we know that there were now problematic themes behind the scene in 2023 and 2024, there was an aggressive total launch operation of the right and the Republicans about the age of Joe Biden and how it was in decline … most of which, -20thorit, he said.
That effort of the right thing “worked,” he said.

Psaki regretted that Biden’s legacy would be contaminated by the way 2024 ran and brought questions about his physical condition at the forefront. His successor as a press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, routinely ruled out questions about the age of Biden and criticized videos of him looking confused as “cheap fakes.”
Psaki will assume a more prominent role in MSNBC, obtaining the coveted slot of the 9 pm et on Tuesday until the beginning of Friday next week in a program called “The Report”. The MSNBC’s presenter better qualified, Rachel Maddow, who had been organizing five nights a week at 9 pm during the first 100 days of the Trump administration, will transmit again on Monday nights.
Psaki’s comments continue to launch several bomb books that give a privileged look at the 2024 presidential race.
